Chef Thomas D’Ambrosio is a graduate from the Culinary Institute of America, with over a decade of fine dinning experience. He completed his apprenticeship at the Greenbrier in West Virginia.  This was under certified master chef Richard Rosendale as seen “Recipe rehab” on CBS.  Chef Thomas competed in a post secondary Skills USA competition, where he placed first place in the nation.

Being born and raised in Arizona, Chef Thomas was happy to come back to his home town and start, own, and operate one of the fastest growing food trucks in Arizona during 2014.   Chef Thomas also graduated from NAU with a bachelors degree in Hotel Restaurant Management in 2009.
