Are pets allowed?
No, we do not allow pets of any kind, and we only permit service dogs for people who are visually impaired.

Where can we park the car?
Convenient, free parking is available at the following locations:
Civic Center Library Garage – Drinkwater Boulevard at East Second Street
Civic Center Lot and Garage – Wells Fargo Avenue
Old Town Parking Corral – East Second Street and Brown Avenue

What items are prohibited on the festival grounds?
Alcoholic Beverages
Fireworks or Explosives
Illegal Substances & Weapons
Lawn chairs
Large Coolers or Bags
Pop-up Tents/Canopies
Beach/Picnic Umbrellas
Flag Poles
All animals
Bicycles, scooters, skates/rollerblades may not be ridden on festival grounds
Entry will be denied if you have any of the above. All bags may be subject to search.

Can I bring a folding chair and blanket into the festival?
Folding chairs are prohibited. Blankets are allowed.

Can I leave the Festival and return the same day?
Yes, you may exit and re-enter with a valid hand stamp

Can I bring a tent into the festival?
Personal tents and canopies are prohibited
