Christian Brady has shown a great passion for cuisine and cooking ever since his mother taught him how to properly make traditional Puerto Rican beans and rice. After graduating from Instituto de banca y comercio in San Juan; Christian started the first 8 years of his career working at Marmalade Restaurant, BLT Steak, and The Ritz Carlton in San Juan.
Two Years ago Christian left the local exotic hideaways, miles of white sandy beaches, and many other natural wonders of Puerto Rico and started working for the Ritz Carlton, St. Louis. Then he came to the valley as Sous Chef for BLT Steak in the JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback inn resort & Spa. In October 2014 Chef Brady came to Alto Ristorante E Bar at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch. Bringing new flavors and a culinary vision that has already made an impact.
