CHOCOLATE & WINE EXPERIENCE

Treat your taste buds and your charitable side to this year’s Chocolate and Wine Experience on Friday, January 22, 2016. Sip and taste two of life’s most decadent treats as you dance to live music by Sassy and the Sneak Attack at the harmonious backdrop of the Musical Instrument Museum. Sit and savor the evening in our lounge area or educate yourself by learning about the processes of making wine and artisan chocolate. Indulge your playful side by painting with chocolate or put yourself in the scene at Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory at our interactive photo booth. To elevate the experience, guests are invited to explore select museum exhibits. NEW this year, the event will also feature chocolate beer and chocolate martinis!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What do I get with my ticket?

Tickets to the Chocolate & Wine Experience are all-inclusive. You tickets gets you drink samples, unlimited food samples, access to all event experiences and admission into select Musical Instrument Museum exhibits for the evening. 

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Tickets will be sold at the door for an elevated price and according to availability. In years past, this has been a sell-out event, so we always encourage you to purchase tickets in advance. 

Will this event be indoors/outdoors?

This event will be both indoors and outdoors, weather permitting. 

What is the dress code?

The dress code for the evening will be cocktail attire (dress to impress!). As this event will be partially outdoors, we strongly encourage you to dress accordingly to the weather. We will have space heaters outdoors, but we still suggest that you bring a coat.

What charities does this event support? 

The host organization, Scottsdale League for the Arts (SLA), is a nonprofit that raises money for local arts and arts education programs. 100% of net proceeds raised at events goes directly back to the community through the SLA’s annual grants program. Is my ticket tax deductible? 

The tax deductible amount of your ticket purchase is limited to the excess of the amount contributed over the fair market value of the ticket less any associated taxes and fees paid. You should work with your tax professional to determine the tax deductible amount (if any).

Where can I park?

There is a large parking lot directly in front of the Musical Instrument. Please enter the building through the main entrance.

Do I have to be 21 or over to attend this event?

Yes, no one under the age of 21 is permitted to attend this event. All IDs will be checked prior to entrance.
